2. Cancellation (24 Hours in Advance):

• If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be no additional charges, and you will not lose the booking fee of the massage.

3. Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours in Advance):

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in one of the following options:

  a) The client may choose to forfeit the massage without any additional charges.

  b) If the client prefers not to lose the massage, a surcharge of 5€ will apply, which must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.

4. Same-Day Cancellation (Day of the Massage):

• Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled massage appointment will result in one of the following options:

  a) The client may choose to forfeit the massage without any additional charges.

  b) If the client prefers not to lose the massage, a surcharge of 10€ will apply, which must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.

Exceptions:

• We understand that certain unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as sudden illness or emergencies. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
